Summary:
Responsible for providing beverage service to all casino guests in an efficient, courteous and professional manner displaying a high standard of guest services.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
Provides prompt, efficient, accurate, and courteous beverage service to casino guests in accordance with policies, procedures and standards.
Performs necessary tasks to service guests, i.
e.
, taking and filling all beverage orders and assisting in maintaining guests gaming area in a clean and neat manner.
Monitors guests' needs on a continual basis ensuring all beverage requests will be promptly fulfilled.
Assists other beverage personnel with maintenance (side work, opening/closing duties) as necessary.
Maintains professional grooming and appearance and acts as a role model according to established grooming and appearance policy.
Monitors guest alcohol consumption and responds accordingly.
Works in a clean, sanitary, safe, and organized manner, abiding by all health and safety regulations.
Cleans unwanted debris from the guests gaming area.
Helps refill beverage supplies at all service stations.
Requests identification from guests when legal age is in question.
Utilizes proper call order when ordering beverages from bartender in a courteous manner.
Helps keep service wells stocked, clean, and sanitary.
Maintains thorough knowledge of casino food and beverage selections.
Stays current on department and property knowledge and promotions.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

Experience:

One to two years related experience.
SPECIAL
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills required.
This position requires a Level 4 Gaming License.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
Ability to write simple correspondence.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Ability to perform basic math skills:
addition, subtraction, division and multiplication.
REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
